How to Get Started:

1. Sign up for a Trial Class: Begin your fitness journey by attending a trial class. It’s the perfect opportunity to experience the energy of our Fitness Boxing community and get a taste of the workout.

2. Personalized Training: Our experienced trainers have decades of experience as professional and elite level amateur boxers. You’ll receive personalized attention and guidance throughout your fitness journey.

3. Class Schedule: We offer 3 classes per day Monday thru Thursday beginning at 7:00am.

4. Equipment: The necessary gear for this class is a pair of boxing gloves and hand wraps, to ensure a safe and comfortable training session. That’s it, so let’s get together, and soon  we will be celebrating your successes.
