CANCELLATION POLICY

CONTRACTED ACCOUNTS:

You may be able to cancel your account free of charge by canceling within 3 business days of initial agreement. After the 3 days, a 30-day notice will be needed to cancel. If notice is within the 30 days of payment cycle, a payment for the final month will be charged at the normal rate. There are no other cancellation fees imposed. If you decide to cancel within those first 3 days, a normal $20 Per DAY-USE fee will be charged for the days used.

MONTH to MONTH ACCOUNTS:

To cancel your account, simply provide a 24-hour notice via email. Please note that your account will be billed one minute after midnight on the scheduled billing date. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued. You must cancel by 9:00 PM the day before the billing date during our normal business hours (Monday through Thursday). If your billing date falls on a weekend, you need to notify us by 9:00 PM on the preceding Thursday.

PERSONAL TRAINING:

To cancel a PERSONAL TRAINING account(s) “any” sessions completed will be charged at the FULL SINGLE SESSION RATE of $100 per session. Any discounts given will be voided and a 30% cancellation fee of entire full price amount will also be imposed.

HOW DO I CANCEL?

To cancel any Contract Account other than a month-to-month agreement, you must use one of the following accepted methods. These are the only valid forms of cancellation, a verbal cancellation in person or a text message will not be accepted.

  1. Mail a written notice indicating your intent to cancel via first-class mail.
    2. Deliver a signed and dated notice in person that clearly states your intention to cancel the agreement.
    3. Send an email to usa.boxing@yahoo.com.

Please ensure that the cancellation is initiated by the individual(s) responsible for payments. These forms are your proof of cancellation.
